``South Tambey LNG'' (via SC ``Trust Koksokhimmontazh''), Sabetta settlement, Project: Construction of South-Tambey GCF facilities for gas production, treatment, liquefaction, offloading of LNG and gas condensate Duties: - Control over the performance of welding work, compliance with the volumes, quality of work, as well as the quality of the materials used, products, structures, according to the approved design documentation, working drawings, building codes and standards, specifications, technical conditions; -Conducting input control materials with the provision of documentation (the preparation of this documentation); - Transfer (handing over) of work performed to the Customer’s companies (with the execution of the necessary documentation) in accordance with the Customer’s procedures; - Preparation and signing of reporting documentation according to customer requirements; - Inspection on these works with representatives of the Customer; - Coordination and modification of the project (work with departments of architectural supervision), coordination of technical solutions (drawings), transfer of these changes to contractors and tracking their implementation; - Monitoring the implementation of instructions on the construction site, the reception of these works (transfer of documentation to the customer); - Registration of applications for inspections and applications for inspection (call the inspectors of the customer); - Control over the execution of work at the construction site for the welding of process piping and metal structures according to project documentation, guests, standards; - Transfer (documented) of work performed to the customer; - Preparation of summary reports on the work performed; - Work with representatives of contractors

Duties: - Drawing up WPSs; - Calculation of welding material consumption rate, selection of welding materials, as well as welding equipment. - Certification of welders and welding engineers; - Certification of welding technologies; - Holding tenders during procurement of welding materials and equipment; - Business trips (inspections) directly to construction facilities (enforcement of welding technologies during construction of industrial and flow pipelines). - Notifying management of nonconforming conditions; issuing comments and prescriptions in case of non-compliance of work in progress with the project requirements, procedures and regulatory documents; monitoring of implementation of corrective actions.

Duties: - Calculation of welding material consumption, selection of modes of welding - building-up welding, drawing up welding technologies and technologies for repairing of nonstandard and mining equipment. - Developing of welding technology for interconnecting piping of Oxygen-Charging station and plant. - Solution of technological issues on welding of mining equipment, industrial pipelines and steel structures.

Duties: - Developing of drawings. - Incoming inspection of welding materials. - Enforcement of welding technology. - Certification of personnel. - Verification of welders' work permit.

Duties: - Work on automatic and semi-automatic wire-cladding machines; - Recondition of units and machines of mining equipment by means of MW, FCAW, SAW, SMAW; - Application of wear-resistant coatings FCAW, SMAW.
