1. To solve complicated problems of different kind: quantitative analysis of the problem, fast finding of the relationships between objects and its features. Ability to review a problem in different ways and in various point of views basis on fundamental background of knowledge, keeping many parameters in mind. 2. Ability in optimization and simplification of the processes, e.g. using Simplex method of the optimizations or integrated methods in media of Origin Pro and Wolfram Mathematica programs. 3. Ability in application of the professional mathematics algorithms for any system as well as statistical abilities to work with data. Strong ability to solve system of differential equations or integral differential equations, etc. 4. Strong programming skills in the media of MATLAB, Wolfram Mathematica or Fortran using the matrix for the solution of the fundamental problems in physics and mathematics (quantum mechanics of tunneling, resistance in metallic heterostructures junctions, material properties, screening effect in ferroelectric/metal interfaces, properties of nanoparticles, Fourier transform etc.) 5. Experience in self-made prototype of the real working device: magnetic sensor for magneto-fingerprint material with electrical circuit and program-induced Fourier transform-based analysis which recognizes the magnetic samples [A.H.I. Talukdar, A.N. Useinov, M.M. Hussain, "Magneto-sensor circuit efficiency incremented by Fourier-transformation", Measurement (Elsevier, 2011) 44 (2011), pp. 1482-1486]. Clean room experience: work with mask aligner for optical lithography, spin coater, wet etching. 6. Strong knowledge of MS Office: MS Word, Power Point skills and presentation experience more than 10 years with oral presentation on international conferences (see Conference list above). 7. Strong knowledge of LaTex media for article and documents writing, building vector-like graphics from generated data. 8. Strong self-motivation and effective planning of the working time. 9. Managing or supervising of the students which are involved in projects. 10. Teaching experience within 1 year: courses of Thermodynamics and Electrodynamics for undergraduate students.
