Project management for the construction of a shopping center

I was Deputy project Manager during the implementation of a large project. I was taking part in the implementation of the investment project the construction of the largest drying and power plant in Russia for a chipboard plant "IKEA industry Novgorod. I was responsible for budget of three important part of the project. Our budget is around 1.5 billion RUB included civil works and delivery and installation of equipment. Preparation of technical specifications, preparation of information for design and survey works, tendering for construction and design work, selection of applicants, the conclusion of contracts, control of all types of works relating to investment management on behalf of the customer, the developer, control and commissioning the facility into operation. I have completed the project – the construction of the electric filter of main press, the reconstruction of the line sanding chipboard. I supported to owner to create new LLC after that I was responsible for Preparation of documentation, construction site management, e.g. construction of shopping centers, stores, cafes, private houses, interior renovation in "PARK INN" hotel, selection and control of contractor organizations, inspection of project-cost sheet documentation, negotiation with clients. Achievements: on time commissioning, experience in client negotiation.

I took part in designing: physical training & health center; ice stadium (completed); work on projects, redesign of general plans: Bronnitskiy, Savinskiy, Gostetskiy, Lesnovskiy and Moikinskiy municipal districts of Novgorod district and region (completed). As a personal project — design of a fuel station from draft to applying for expertise and construction design supervision. Engineering support for construction sites. I was responsible for order of material, planning of activity, signing of contracts, also I took path on whole process the construction of the building from Foundation to commissioning. construction and commission of “Piros” trade centre, “Expert” trade center, warehouse for industrial goods, “Elit” fashion house. Acheivements: experience of work with large construction sites, in my submission, there were about 100 workers
